At Shrine of Hollywood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gothic and alternative couture. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and include a copy of your original invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Securely pack your return and ship it to our Hollywood studio using a trackable shipping service; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
